You must stop recording mode first by tapping (Rec/select) button at the TOP right of the unit. The word REC should disappear from the screen. Then: 1. Press Menu (blue) button on the Front-left of the unit to access main menu. 2. Use Up/down buttons on the Front-right of the unit to scroll through menu options and highlight date/time. 3. Use (Rec/select) button on the Top-right to ENTER date/time options. (Keep an eye on the year and date at the VERY bottom of the screen) 4. Use Up/down buttons on the Front-right to adjust date/time. 5. Use (Rec/Select) button on the Top-right to SAVE each setting. 6. When done, press Menu button to EXIT settings menu.
