First, you must stop recording mode by pressing the front right button once. Then press/release "menu" button underneath the unit. Use the 2 buttons next to menu to scroll over to "General Settings". Press the mode (enter) button to access settings menu, then use the 2 buttons next to menu to scroll up/down to Date/Time. Use the "mode" button to access date/time settings. Use scroll buttons to change date/time then press "mode" to apply the changes and exit date/time menu.
