If an MMSI number has not been entered then the below screen will appear each time the radio is turned on.

If the DEMO button is pressed then the radio will enter a demo mode.

Simply press the “OK” button to acknowledge the screen and the radio will then operate normally.

The screen will no longer appear after an MMSI number has been entered. An MMSI number can be obtained from one of the following:

After obtaining an MMSI number it can be entered by pressing the PROG button.
