Digital Signal Processing is software enhanced noise filtering that produces better sound.  In the All Road, DSP delivers improved speech intelligibility when transmitting and when receiving.  The DSP levels can be increased or decreased in the MENU under the NR RX (Receive) and NR TX (Transmit) options.
