Product Support

Yes, you can increase the capacity of your microSD card. Below we list the camera by brand, model, included card capacity when purchased new from an authorized seller, and the maximum capacity.

Removing the Included microSD Card

To remove the SD card, press firmly on the SD card to push it further into the slot. There will be a click, and the SD card will pop out on release. Extract the card and replace as necessary by inserting a card into the slot and pressing until it locks in place. These cameras are compatible with microSD cards with the specific max size limits listed below. Please be sure to format the card in-camera before use.

Upgrade Considerations

If you are upgrading, purchasing U-1 Class 10 high-endurance card from reputable brands are recommended for constant video recording of a dash camera. While some customers have had success with U-3 cards, we do not recommend them as we have found them to be problematic. If you are using a U-3 card and your camera is misbehaving, switch to a U-1 card and see if the problem persists. If the problem resolves itself, the U-3 card was incompatible with the camera.
