If you accidentally press the All Road PTT Button when paired to the 75 All Road and it is set to One Touch PTT mode, the 75 All Road CB is designed with the Timeout Timer feature, which will automatically end or cut transmission on an open channel after 5 minutes (or it will cut off after the time you have adjusted in the Timeout Timer menu settings).
