Yes, the 19 MINI AM/FM CB includes a 12V power adapter (CLA adapter) and powers through a 12V port or the cigarette lighter in your vehicle. If your vehicle does not include a 12V port option, the MINI also includes a 48” hardwire option to install directly to your vehicle battery. The 19 Mini cannot be powered via a standard USB port.
