If you have adjusted squelch and volume and you hear no sound, it is most likely your headset is connected to the All Road and in range. This can easily be resolved by turning off Bluetooth in your SmartPhone. If you want to keep your cell phone connected, then you can switch the audio path by pressing and holding the ENT/MENU button to open the Menu options, select BLUETOOTH>>AUDIO PATH and changing it to “HANDSET” by using the UP or DOWN arrow keys. You can also look at the display – if your CB is routing audio through your handset, the ‘HD’ icon will display. If a headset is connected, ‘HS’ will show on the display.
